Bettison to Present on School Crisis Communications, Planning (1/3/13)

I will be presenting “Crisis Communications and Issues Management for Schools” on January 8, 2013 for the Minnesota Education Facility Management Professionals (MASMS) in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.  Among the topics I will cover:

• Crisis communications, including stakeholder communications, templates and media relations

• Technology in communications, planning

• Drills and exercises

• Recovery communications
