Stacy has represented clients all of types in high-stakes litigation, in both federal and state courts. From individuals accused of a sex crime to Fortune 100 companies to municipalities, Stacy has served as defense counsel in both civil and criminal litigation. Stacy has represented clients in a range of criminal matters, government investigations and regulatory compliance matters, product liability, multi-party environmental litigation, construction law, eminent domain and patent disputes.

In addition to her private practice at Bettison Law, Stacy practices with the law firm of Kelley, Wolter & Scott, P.A., a white-collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation boutique. She also currently serves as special assistant public defender for Carver/Dakota County Veterans Treatment Court.
